There wasn't anything that I disliked. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this notebook was just as good as any that you might pay a lot more for. As I said, the quality was impeccable. I expect this notebook to last a long time. I realize that what I am mentioning now is not really a possibility, but then maybe it is! I would have liked to have a pen in that elastic holder that fit its size. I had to look "far and wide" in my desk to find something that was dependable in writing most of the time and that also would slide in and out of the elastic easily. Most of the pens had obstacles on them which didn't have to be there. So I had to use a pen that I didn't want to part with to fill the pen holder. I realize that most pen holders on notebooks such as these don't provide a pen, but I thought it was worth suggesting.First, this is easily the most I have loved an A6-sized notebook. Feels solid, looks great, and I love the inclusion of a pen loop. Love the perforated pages, especially for what I've chosen to use this for. Vegan leather and recyclable paper is a plus as well, and I love the added design, which gives the notebook some personality without being too loud or shouting any branding at you.I'd considered using the notebook as a bullet journal, but shifted to using it as a Commonplace Book, for which it's been incredible. The paper has a wonderful thickness to it, with little to no bleed with any of the pens I've used on it. If I had to give one small gripe, it's that my UniBall Signo pen (my primary pen, more often than not) takes a little while longer to dry than I am used to and can smudge on occasion. It does still dry though, and it's not like it takes forever, but I felt it was worth noting. Also, wow, the customer service is amazing. I initially received a notebook where the ribbon bookmark fell off. I reached out/left a review and within a day, someone from Dingbats reached out to me about a replacement and said they'd be looking into the bookmark/ribbon issue overall. They were super awesome and kind about it, which I think deserves to be mentioned. The replacement arrived quickly and I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with it.It's so refreshing to see a company that cares that much. I'm planning on continuing to use these A6 notebooks as my go-to commonplace books moving forward. Definitely recommended.GreatI have purchased this product for about 2 years now. I love the feel of ink to this paper, it has a pen holder and a elastic book closure band. There are several different options for the page design. I used to use the dot version, but moved to the squares. It is easier to use when I'm doing checklists. I formerly used the flip up version (there is nothing wrong with that version), personally I like opening it from the side after I used it for a while. It's a little pricey, but the quality and craftmanship is worth it.This notebook is a pleasure to use. The paper is beautiful A very elegant product. I will never go back to a brand I’ve used in the past.I've always been a Moleskine fan, I was naive and thought there wasn't a better notepad. Most reviews focus on writing and bullet journaling and less on sketching/illustrating. I recently picked up a couple fountain pens to doodle, Moleskine paper doesn't handle ink very well. I became obsessed to find a book that would work for art without compromise.Enter Dingbats.Pros:-Right out of the packaging, it feels amazing. The faux leather feels durable and believable.-There are no weird smells from the material (since its not really leather)-Ink doesn't bleed-Ghosting isn't occurring-Band is quite strong-All pages are perforated.-Binding is great, I can open the book 180 and draw without issue.-Fits my Pilot pen perfectly.Con:-I really haven't found anything negative to say.Miscellaneous:-I plan on using watercolor on it, will report back if I run into issue.-If I could make a request: I wish there were more color options for paper color, it's a common cream tone. It would be nice to have a bright white or a grey tone.I purchased these as an anniversary gift for my son and daughter-in-law for their first or “paper” anniversary. They had met while they were both working in Rwanda so I chose the elephant and the hippo which are animals that are indigenous to that country. These are very nice little notebooks.Using as bullet journal, the pages are thick enough so that nothing bleeds through. Love the cream color and smoothness of the pages. The cover is sturdy, doesn’t bend or become misshapen with time - the elastic fits perfectly without putting excess pressure. The only thing is that sometimes the pages don’t lie completely flat near the spine because of the collated feature, but having the ability to rip out pages is useful, so the flatness of the spine isn’t that big of a deal. Overall, a wonderful notebook, great to use for bullet journaling, will likely be purchasing again once I fill my current one up!This is a high-quality A6 note book, measuring 9.5 cms x 14.5 cms, (approx 3.5 x 5.7 inches). I chose the green (with the deer) lined option, and the lines are 6mm apart. The paper is a lovely weight, 100gsm silk cream acid-free paper with tear-out micro-perforations a the side. It is fountain-pen friendly paper and is great to write on.It has a nice ribbon page marker and a good pocket in the back for receipts etc. There is an elastic pen loop, which fits my favourite pen (Pilot G - Tec C4 Gel Microtip Rollerball Pen, 0.4 mm Tip) perfectly.I bought this because I liked it, but I am pleased to know that even the water used to produce the paper is returned to the rivers cleaner than when it was taken out and they use biodegradable and recyclable materials and only FSC certified paper.Highly recommended.I love this little book! It feels soft on the outside and the paper is soft, smooth and a lovely cream colour. The dots aren't too dark either. it's a pleasure to use! It's the perfect size to fit in a pocket whilst still big enough to actually use. Fountain pen ink doesn't bleed at all.Can tell it's very well made; the sticthing is great and it's a sturdy litle book, except for, the ribbon fell out and the pen loop has glue inside which sticks to the pen, makes it hard to get out of the loop. It could do with more elasticity to fit more sizes of pen. However these aren't exactly huge concerns... and easy enough to fix.Overall;I had a few options and I am glad I went with this one, and would definitely buy one of these little beauties againI 100% recommend this books and the company seems ethical and worth supportingUna libreta dotted de bolsillo para llevarlo cómodamente en la bolsa para utilizarlo como bullet journal.Las páginas no son blancas, tienen un tono amarillento, pero el grosor es suficiente para que no traspase el Tombow.Las tapas son bastante duras, forradas de poli piel, muy elegante.El resto es tal cual se ven en las imágenes.Espero que os sirvan de ayuda las imágenes incorporadasThis is my memory book I put sayings and quotes I need to refer back to. Ideal to keep in my handbag!!!! Love it!I'm overall very pleased with this notebook, which I use as a pocket bullet jornal. The paper is thick and nice to write on, it endures being erased over and over (I use pencil to write on it) remarkably well. I was concerned originally with the tear out pages, fearing that by turning over the pages they'd eventually start to fray at the top and bottom but that hasn't happened since I started using it in January. The reason for my three start review rather than four or five is that recently the ribbon has recently come off (see picture), something that's never happened to me before with a book or notebook and which I've found very disappointing for a product which is sold as top quality.
