Designed by a Registered Nurse, The EZ Handoff is a perfect clinical tool for ANY nurse or nursing student that wants to improve on giving and receiving report/handoff! The spiral-bound notebooks contain prompted, custom designed templates that can be filled in and edited with a pencil throughout a shift. On the inside of the front cover, there is a glossary of medical abbreviations used in the custom designed templates. The custom designed templates are already organized into SBAR (Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation) format to optimize organization and flow.Proudly made and manufactured in the USA with high quality materials There are two versions of The EZ Handoff. There is the “Compact Edition” and the “Full Size Edition”. See below for an overview of the two products.
