All the books in this series can be read as a stand-alone, but after reading just one – you will want to read them all! This is a fantastic series and I have enjoyed each book. Of course, Bexley Squires is up for discovering the truth!While she is busy trying to solve the who, what, when, where and why’s of Teddy’s hidden notebook, Bexley is visiting Brewer (the love of her life) in prison while he serves out his sentence, but then also gets a phone call that sends her off to the Midwest to take care of a family matter. Her hands are full, but thankfully her friends and family are there to pitch in to help out!Once again, I loved trying to play amateur sleuth and figure out the mystery before Bexley could, but Ms. Quinn had me guessing to the last page! Love Bexley, Brewer, and the entire band of secondary characters! The story-line is great and will pull you in while wanting to help Bexley out in any way that you can!Great series! Highly recommend!
